The Supporting Emotional Needs of Gifted (SENG) conference is
coming up July 18-20, 2008 at Little America here in Salt Lake

A kids and teens program runs concurrently with the adult portion
of the conference.  Along with learning new skills and
information, it gives gifted kids a chance to make new friends
and associate with other kids who have similar needs and
interests.

 

I attended the SENG conference in Albuquerque a few years ago at
the request of the Utah Association for Gifted Children to learn
more about the SENG-Model Parent Support Groups.  It was one of
the most personally fulfilling conferences I have ever attended.
