[UAGCNews] New Monies For Gifted and Talented

Just wanted to share that SB 2 ,the Omnibus bill containing the
increases in the Accelerated Learning Line Item for G/T and AP
and also containing both the new monies for IB along with Project
Rescue, passed late last night.

Here is the breakout of funding:

1.  IB   $100,000
2.  GT   $100,000
3.  AP   $100,000
4.  Project RESCUE  $500,000

This means a total of $800,000 in NEW ONGOING funding for
gifted/talented students!
