[UAGCNews] HB 266: International Baccalaureate

Update on HB 266:  On Feb 8, 2008 HB 266 was passed in the Utah
House unanimously 72-0-3 (see below).  Surprisingly on Feb 21,
2008 the Senate Education Committee failed to recommend it 3-3-2
(see below).  Today Sen. Carol Moss said that she would appeal to
the Senate Rules Committee to take the bill to a full vote of the
Utah Senate.  There is still time to educate Utah Senators about
the International Baccalaureate Program and to correct
misinformation.
